As a rule of thumb, a bounce rate of between 20-40% is good. Up to 55% is okay, but a rate of below 5% or more than 90% indicates a tracking error.

In order to decrease bounce rate, make sure your page loads quickly. Also, format it so it’s not intimidating to users: They’re not going to want to read a huge wall of text. Along with that, the website should be optimized for mobile users.
