We’re looking for a strategic, highly motivated marketer who understands full funnel digital marketing and is all about educating and supporting those around them to realize the value that digital can bring to their marketing programs and campaigns. A team-player, collaborator, advisor, evangelizer with great communication skills and a drive to own and deliver a user-centered digital experience that converts.

Be a part of revolutionizing our digital presence as we launch a new website, implement brand new lead gen and brand marketing tools, and transform our SEO and SEM programs to meet our company’s growth targets.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director, Web Marketing, and play a critical, highly visible role as the Marketing business partner and in-house expert on digital strategy. You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders, including Demand Generation and Product marketing, to develop and manage strategies that span our website, display, content syndication, remarketing, and paid search and social programs for both industry and account-based target markets. You’ll work alongside our design and development agency partners and our in-house PPC, SEO, CRO, Analytics expert to support the continuous optimization of our entire digital experience and you’ll regularly report insights and results to stakeholders, including executives. This role is based out of our Troy, Michigan HQ or remote, home-officed.

The ideal candidate has the experience and expertise to:
*Partner with marketing teams to develop and manage digital campaign strategies and repeatable playbooks that span web, ABM, SEM, SEO, PPC, display, content syndication, retargeting, landing pages, and conversion funnels to drive awareness, inquiries, and qualified leads. Work alongside our agencies, and with digital marketing team members, to oversee execution and optimization of campaigns.
*Lead and facilitate brainstorming and discussions with the marketing team to hone and represent the customer prospect journey and business goals across all digital channels. Develop the plans, priorities, briefs, roadmaps, and requirements that result in successful execution.
*Oversee the management and expansion roadmap of plex.com. Evaluate, understand and prioritize projects ensure hand-off and delivery to our Web Specialist, Web Developer and agency. Provide updates and expertise through delivery. Work together with our in-house CRO expert to test and optimize user experience and performance. Drive major projects across our website, like chatbots, interactive features, and personalization strategies.
*Manage the relationship with our website’s design and development agency and technology partners. Evaluate and keep pulse on new and emerging web technologies.
*Define benchmarks, goals and KPIs for digital campaigns. Work with agencies, our in-house analytics experts, and different reporting sources to consolidate data and translate it into meaningful insights and performance assessments. Regularly present results with clarity.
*Determine needs for our website’s globalization and develop scalable method for content development, translation and process for expansion.
*Inform content strategy development across the marketing department by representing user experience, analytics (website, search, etc.) and digital best practices.
*Own the role of digital educator, ensuring that teams across the organization understand Plex’s digital tools, the results of digital initiatives and programs, know our key online audiences and how we activate them, and understand how our digital strategies benefit all functions.

Qualifications

*5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing that includes website strategy; experience managing digital programs for SaaS and/or enterprise software a major plus
*A proven track record of driving significant increases in web traffic and conversions
*Expert-level command of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Brightedge or Conductor, Google Optimize or Optimizely)
*Google AdWords Certification Required; Expert-level knowledge of quality scores, UTM, impression shares and other AdWords metrics
*Experience and comfort navigating CRMs such as Salesforce and integrating Eloqua and/or Marketo forms into landing pages
*Experience with Triblio or other personalization engine a plus
*Experience with Drupal a plus
*Exceptional communicator who can influence and drive consensus
*Strong collaborator who values the input of a team
*Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively
*BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
