We are looking for a New Business Coordinator who can manage the banal as well as the unexpected with equal enthusiasm. An entrepreneurial soul who can organize business development efforts and help build the future of the agency. We are a results oriented agency, and this position would report to the senior leadership of the agency. Growth opportunities abound, especially if your efforts yield more business. You game?

More granularly, the duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the new business prospect database via Hubspot.

Communicate with leads via email and phone to advise of status of inquiry

Work with Project Management to ensure jobs are opened for work-products that are being developed in support of business development.

Work closely with TFG Production and Creative staff to monitor that status of jobs.

Ensure timely delivery of work-products.

Assist in the organization and implementation of events and promotions for the Client.

Research as required to assist in TFG’s new business programs.

Create and maintain HubSpot contact lists, email campaigns, and forms.

Create and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and lead generation/nurturing campaigns.

Present and create website and campaign metrics reports.

Keep current with industry developments.

Skills Required:

Good verbal and writing skills.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to spend time required to complete assignments.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure.

Ability to work with detailed information.

Proficiency in computer software.

Ability to use Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tool), and WordPress (or similar CMS platform).

Understanding of responsive web design and email development (HTML & CSS). Backend development, database experience, mobile application development skills a plus.

Professional Background and Experience:

Four year degree in marketing or similar field.

Graduate degree a plus

Entry level position, prior advertising experience not required.

General understanding of advertising field.

Certified in Google Analytics and Inbound (HubSpot).

General understanding of web, user experience (UX), and SEO best practices.
