Customer Marketing Manager

We’re on a mission to mobilize and amplify the voice of our customer advocates to drive brand equity for Affinity worldwide. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be a critical driver for initiatives that highlight the wins of our best customers to inspire others, including customer advocacy and speaking programs, case studies, customer-focused content, and customer references. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you will build on the program vision, establishing what exceptional customer advocacy looks like.
Build out customer speaker program: You will build out Affinity's customer speaker program, sourcing customers to participate in various Affinity events, including webinars, gated and ungated content and Affinity’s annual fall conference: Campfire.
Amplify the voice of our advocates: You will continuously expand our collection of customer stories, repurposing them for different mediums including webinars, videos, articles, and blog posts.
Use customer marketing to create value: You will directly benefit sales and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy across channels with customer-focused content, third-party reviews, testimonials, etc., as well as launching a new sales reference program directly impacting pipeline.
Become a customer advocacy pioneer: You will be part of an emerging marketing field that is becoming a strategic necessity. Customer advocacy is a growing initiative at Affinity, and you have a chance to be an early driver behind its success.
Become an expert in the needs of our customers and the expectations across the industry, documenting feedback, successes and use cases that will influence product strategy and sales conversations
Establish advocacy program ROI through metrics analysis and reporting
