Concise Digital

Remote in Australia - Search Engine Optimization - Freelancer

About Us:

As a company Concise focus heavily on customer satisfaction and have strong business ethics. They're anti the whole "lock someone into a ridiculously expensive contract and then do nothing for them" kind of mindset that unfortunately seems to pervade a lot of agencies here. If it's not going to bring results they won't sell it just to make a quick buck. Most of their clients have been with them for many years because they build long term relationships based on trust and results.

Job Description:

I have a friend who owns a fairly large marketing / web dev agency in Perth, Australia called Concise Digital - Website. They have a big team, 40+ staff located accross 5 countries.

They're currently looking for another SEO / Ad guy / girl. There would be a fair bit of site auditing, and then using content and link acquisition strategies to improve rankings for client sites. You'd need to know how to use analytics, search console, tag manager etc. do keyword research, optimise titles and metas, have a good understanding of technical analysis for auditing and have proven results. Ideally you would also be happy to speak to clients, although this would not be required all the time.

In terms of culture, Perth and Australians in general I think are pretty laid back. You'd be able to work your own hours, it's not the kind of position where you'd need to be on the job from 9 - 5 local hours or anything like that as long as the work gets done. They currently have seo team members in Thailand, NZ and USA all doing their own thing, so long as they deliver a result for the client and are good at what they do, we will consider hiring you.

Ideally you would understand customer life cycles, value propositions etc etc

Expressions of interest to gareth@concise.digital - please send him some examples of previous work you've done / results.

You would be paid on an hourly basies, and the rate would likely be very good, commensurate on experience. I've consulted for Concise before, and they're a great team to work with.

Please please, if you don't have experience don't spam Gareth's email. They're looking for someone who has proven results and can hit the ground running. If you're just starting out this is not going to be the position for you.

Good luck!
