The Digital Growth & Personalization Manager role is responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive plan that will transform our brand by building and continually optimizing Burger King’s digital offers and incentives. This person will be part of the team executing a strategic roadmap for Burger King’s personalization strategy, enhancing the experience of Royal Perks, our loyalty program, and driving profitable, incremental guest behavior. They will liaise with partners across the organization to drive next gen Personalization strategy, capabilities and processes and deliver dynamic, customer-centric marketing campaigns across digital channels and touchpoints. This role will be critical in the delivery of a rapidly evolving loyalty landscape and will leverage strong analytic skills and strategic thinking to reach aggressive revenue goals and key performance indicators that transform personalization efforts to drive the brand’s long-term growth.

The Digital Growth & Personalization Manager role is responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive plan that will transform our brand by building and continually optimizing Burger King’s digital offers and incentives. This person will be part of the team executing a strategic roadmap for Burger King’s personalization strategy, enhancing the experience of Royal Perks, our loyalty program, and driving profitable, incremental guest behavior. This role will be critical in the delivery of a rapidly evolving loyalty landscape and will leverage strong analytic skills and strategic thinking to reach aggressive revenue goals and key performance indicators that transform personalization efforts to drive the brand’s long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of a comprehensive personalization strategy, driving 1:1 guest engagement toward program KPIs, including increased frequency, acquisition and ultimately sales conversion.
  • Identify brand moments or promotional opportunities and coordinate integrated marketing plans building off current or potential partnerships
  • Identify and advocate for new and emerging innovations within Growth Marketing
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams, analytics, data science, marketing, operations and creative teams across the organization to conceive, test and execute experiences that align with company strategy and goals.
  • Understand our tech stack and personalization capabilities on feasibility and execution 
  • Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams on strategic goals, resources, scheduling, plans and challenges. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to develop the organizational processes to ensure the growth & development of the Personalization program.
