Job Description:

This position is a 20 hour/week, $40/hour part-time role

Are you a highly-motivated marketing professional interested in executing a wide range of B2B marketing tasks at a fast-growing service business? Ready to flex your skills in social media management, customer outreach, blog management, SEO link-building, and performance tracking?

Then we've got a role for you!

We'd Like Someone Who Can:

  • Write creative and compelling content summaries for social media
  • Skillfully use modern internet marketing tools and B2B social networks (Twitter, Linkedin, Quora, etc.)
  • Make data-driven decisions about marketing channels and tactics
  • Naturally start conversations with marketing professionals online via email and social media
  • Consistently show up and deliver on promised work with a positive attitude and learning mindset

Your Tasks:

  • Managing social media accounts (4k+ total followers):
    • Twitter
    • Linkedin
    • Quora
    • Reddit
    • Hacker News
    • Indie Hackers
  • Publishing posts on the blog written by our writing team
  • Promoting blog posts through social media and direct outreach
  • Tracking marketing KPIs via Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Managing freelancers to perform data collection tasks
  • Researching prospects and creating cold email outreach sequences
  • Pitching Meetups, conferences, and podcasts
  • Researching email subscribers and social media followers
  • Finding guest blogging opportunities
  • SEO Link-building outreach


  • 20 hours/week
  • Primary KPIs: visitors, leads, MQLs


  • $40/hour pay rate
  • 100% flexible hours, location, and (mostly) asynchronous work
  • Weekly feedback meetings to review KPIs and make tactical adjustments
  • Work directly with's founder
  • Help shape the marketing image of a quickly-growing service business
