We’re Scribe Media, and our mission is to help everyone on earth write, publish and market their book. The problem is that writing and publishing books are, for most people, a painful and difficult process, loaded with uncertainty and aggravation. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible, so that as many people as possible can do it. In 2019 alone Scribe was ranked as: - #1 Company Culture in America by Entrepreneur Magazine - #1 Best Place to Work in Texas - #1 Best Place to Work in Austin We're not going to try to pitch you a load of corporate doublespeak BS about how great we are. Instead, we’ll just show you proof. These are all real Tribe members, speaking openly and honestly about all aspects of what it's like to be part of this tribe: https://scribe.wistia.com/medias/9jbpzvizmf
If you have a proven history of increasing responsibilities, and are now confident enough to pursue better pay, stronger culture, and a clearer path to growth in your marketing career—this is the role for you.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing and be responsible for a long assortment of tasks and projects: everything from taking notes in high-level strategy meetings, to ensuring everyone in the department is following our processes, to conducting research and assisting in implementing improvements throughout the department. Of course, in addition to aiding in strategizing, implementing, scaling and analyzing our ongoing marketing objectives.
By virtue of your position, you will learn everything about how the marketing department works. This is not a siloed position. You will work across all of our marketing channels: social media, content marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, organic search and SEO, analytics, et al.
Though you will begin in a coordinator role, we expect you to eventually outgrow this role. When that happens, you'll move into whatever role in the department you're best suited for.
