Job Description The Marketing Recruiter will take the lead in building and developing a talent pipeline for independent contractors supporting the Aventi partners as they staff projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with passive candidates (primarily already established independent consultants) in a competitive market and be key in generating high quality candidate pipelines. They will act as sourcing subject matter expert and deliver talent market insights back to peers and the Aventi partners to drive educated sourcing strategy decisions.

At 20 hours/week, this W2 employee or 1099 contractor role can be located anywhere in the US.
