Job Description – Outbound Marketing Lead
At Glazier Clinics, we’re proud to be an innovative, highly entrepreneurial team building upon deep experience in the football industry. We are fanatic about serving our customers with products and services in our B2B and our B2C models.
We want to build upon our expertise in football, specifically our products for sports coaches. We are launching a new product line to solve the knowledge gap in all sports for head coaches, assistant coaches, and student athletes.
We’re looking for an experienced hands-on outbound marketer who loves sports and understands the value a great sports coach can bring to the next generation. You will lead the marketing effort for the new product line and apply your marketing expertise as we build, test, and launch the new products. As an ideal candidate, you are an extreme doer with an ability to build a target pipeline, conduct multi-channel marketing outreach, and follow-up to close sales. You will get to positively impact millions of student athletes by helping their coaches be better at their craft.
Objectives of this Role Lead all marketing for the new product line Design and manage website Build marketing list for target market Build a healthy prospect pipeline Achieve revenue targets through testing, customer feedback, problem solving Be part of the product team with a voice in all aspects of product improvement
Skills and Qualifications Strong experience in a dynamic marketing role (outbound marketing experience required) Website design and optimization Previous success in email marketing Experience developing partnerships and closing sales opportunities Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and strong ability to solve problems Effective at making data-informed decisions Exceptional writing and communication skills Demonstrated business development / sales experience
Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
Expected Hours: Full-time

Location: Office located in Colorado Springs, CO (fully remote eligible)
