As the Programmatic Account Manager, you are the point of contact for clients on ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our internal team to drive the campaign process and ensure all deliverables meet the client’s expectations.

Our company is completely remote and can work anywhere in the U.S.

This role is open to people who have direct experience working inside key demand side platforms including any of the following: Adelphic, Amoebee, Basis, DV 360, MediaMath, Roku, Stack Adapt, The Trade Desk, Vistar, and Xaxis.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client advocate
  • Primary client point of contact
  • Internal point of contact for project management

Daily Tasks

  • Communicate with clients on calls, zooms, and emails
  • Connect with the internal team for client requests and feedback
  • Review Brill Media deliverables for accuracy
  • Ensure we meet campaign determined milestones
  • Liaise with the internal operations team
  • Follow up for all pertinent points of information needed
  • Develop rapport with clients

Qualified Candidates Have:

  • 5 - 7 years of account management experience inside demand side platforms, or account managing programmatic campaigns
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team
  • Ability to clearly explain the programmatic value proposition and how the technology works
  • First hand knowledge of programmatic ad buying platforms such as The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Vistar, and Basis
  • Understanding of how programmatic advertising works
  • Fast and accurate communications
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail-oriented and very organized
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
