Job Description:

About the Position

As the Senior Director of Marketing for Qualifacts, you oversee and own all functions related to the marketing department and lead a growing marketing team. You will evaluate and develop our marketing strategy and marketing plan. Key areas of focus will include Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Corporate Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals as well as create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time. Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts.
Conduct competitor research and positioning
Support key Go To Market functions, such as develop campaigns and promotions with product managers, including Collateral Development
Work with upper level management to develop budgets and the return-on-investment for key marketing initiatives, as well as on going management of the marketing budget.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
Build brand awareness and positioning.
Support sales and lead generation efforts.
Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
Support the management of our prospect database
Manage vendor relationships
Manage all product communications

Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director or above
Experience in building and managing high performing marketing teams
Proven experience with demand generation, including but not limited to email, webinars, events, trade shows, and paid advertising
Strong Account Based Marketing experience
Experience working with and optimizing the use of Marketing Automation and CRM solutions, preferably with Salesforce
Strong experience working with sales organizations to design an optimized funnel and SLA process
Proven experience building a high-quality pipeline through Inbound and Outbound models
Experience managing the company’s digital footprint with key disciplines in SEO, Social Media, Website and content management
Deep understanding and successful application of lead and account scoring models and nurture processes
Experience developing and refining Competitive positioning
Proven success developing content marketing and a thought leadership program
Proven methodology managing complex projects and programs with tangible results
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high volume, high paced environment
Proven ability to manage budgets
Willing to contribute to the work effort as well as leading the team
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
