Queen of Ops is looking for the “cream of the crop” when it comes to Media Buying talent. We work with top tier digital marketing agencies and internet entrepreneurs to place talented marketers with experience managing paid traffic.

Responsibilities:

Coaching: Be able to be a consultant with clients and ask the right questions

Testing: Produce new ideas for ad campaigns, launch and monitor, and report back on results

Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting: Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements, track and analyze the data for campaigns, and report on results

Team: Coordinate with the team to ensure campaigns are producing quality leads, and to maximize reach, awareness, and impact of content through ad campaigns

Must Have:

Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

Previous experience with online advertising (Google, Facebook, or YouTube)

Proven experience analyzing data

Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
