Social Media Community Coordinator

We are looking for a social media community coordinator passionate about health and wellness to join our small but mighty marketing team at SFH. This part-time or full-time job will consist of supporting the marketing team with social media monitoring, engagement, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Pinterest, Twitter, and Linkedin.
Manage ambassadors, source and build connections with influencers, and coordinate giveaways.
Assist with copywriting, must be agile, and able to adopt the SFH voice/tone.
Maintain and grow a social media community by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with like-minded accounts to build engagement.
Source social media content to repost, and work with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for original content.
Stay on top of social media trends to leverage on all platforms.
Monitor social media on a daily basis for comments and direct messages.
Gain a deeper understanding of the SFH customer to leverage in developing social media posts.
Increase brand loyalty by engaging with customers.
Qualifications:

Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about your work.
Excellent written and communication skills are required.
Experience managing social media communities and planning content
Knowledge / experience with TikTok a plus
Graphic design experience a HUGE plus!

Details:

Part-time to full-time, about 20-40 hours a week.
Flexible working conditions, work from home with a weekly in-office meeting (located in Marina Del Rey, CA).
