About the Role:

The AlphaSense Customer Marketing team is looking for a builder to own the sourcing, creation and amplification of customer success stories for Stream by AlphaSense, the market’s broadest and highest-quality expert interview transcript content library. Stream by AlphaSense is an AI-powered expert transcript library used by professional institutional investors (i.e. hedge fund analysts, portfolio managers, asset managers) to generate unique investment ideas and improve their time-to-decision with more qualitative insights.

This is a crucial newly created role to fuel business and brand growth via compelling content creation specifically about the Stream product offering, to inform and inspire customers and prospects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure we’re placing the customer’s needs first, always making them the hero of the story.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners, building relationships, identifying great prospects and nurturing product champions.

  • Create a large pipeline of potential story opportunities.

  • Schedule and execute interviews with clients, craft the messaging, then handle internal and customer approvals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates in Content, Product, Digital and Brand Marketing.

  • Launch a regular cadence of quarterly stories as part of the marketing team’s operating rhythm.

  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement.

  • Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates.

  • Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of written content creation experience, ideally in B2B demand generation or similar roles. A natural storyteller. Someone who likes to have fun while working hard.

  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, interfacing with customer contacts at all levels, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Analytical and can determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts.

  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience

  • Ideally experience interfacing with Enterprise and MidMarket customer accounts.

  • Ideally B2B or tech marketing experience.
