Job Description:

SunView Software is a leading provider of IT Service Management software that helps companies to better deliver, manage, and monitor IT services across the enterprise. SunView is using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive smarter automation, predictive insights, and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-starting leader to join our team as Vice President Marketing. The Vice President Marketing will be responsible for leading the company’s demand generation, brand positioning and messaging, content creation, public relations, product messaging, market segmentation and events strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute lead generation and business development campaigns

· Focus budgets and campaigns on revenue growth in new and existing customer base

· Track and monitor program execution against quantitative objectives and assume accountability for tangible results.

· Responsible for the overall management of the marketing team to include providing coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development

· Be the solution and product messaging subject matter expert who understands our markets, personas, buyers and existing customers; conduct market, persona and competitive analyses

· Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan for initial and future products - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, social media and PR

· Drive efforts with sales and business development to define and execute a strategy that will drive the long term growth of the organization

· Gather and analyze product performance, operational metrics and win/loss analysis

· Design, execute and optimize digital marketing programs

· Manage social media presence and direct programs to capture a big share of the voice in social media

· Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness

· Own the go to market and launch strategies for products & solutions

· Ability to drive awareness, consideration and retention from both our existing customers and our prospects

· Internal and external communication and delivering presentations at events and conferences

· Continually measures the organization's performance against the best-in-class peer group and sets a vision and plan to exceed those benchmarks.
