Job Description:

Do you geek-out on watching ad campaigns? Is analyzing performance and looking for the best ways to optimize Google, Facebook, or YouTube ads your idea of a good time?

Prospect Bacon is seeking a full-time Media Buyer to contribute to the continued success of our lead generation digital marketing agency by supporting the company through hands-on testing, monitoring, and analyzing of ad campaigns for several solar industry clients at a time. The Media Buyer will work on a rockstar marketing team to quarterback big wins for our clients.

On a typical day, the Media Buyer will start the day by reviewing client accounts, strategies and optimizing to meet KPIs. Media Buyers will work closely with our Ads Coach and Copy Coach to create innovative campaigns and communicate continuously with Account Managers to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned and effective for clients. This is a role where you will have the freedom to work autonomously paired with the support and resources to collaborate and maximize the opportunity of working on a team of A-Players in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Learning: Show up hungry and ready to learn on an ongoing basis

Testing: Produce new ideas for ad campaigns, launch and monitor, and report back on results

Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting: Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements, track and analyze the data for campaigns, and report on results

Team: Coordinate with the team to ensure campaigns are producing quality leads, and to maximize reach, awareness, and impact of content through ad campaigns

Must Have:

Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities Previous experience with online advertising (Google and YT) atleast 6 months to a year Proven experience analyzing data Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients
